Our wonderful studio will be available for sublet this year, for long or short term.
It is situated in the best possible place: Rue Dautzenberg, next to avenue Louise, between Bailli, Flagey and Chatelain neighbourhoods. Public transport all around.
This 40 sq/m studio on the fourth floor (with elevator) has an equipped kitchen, a comfy bathroom with shower, and a large living room including a cosy bedroom space, there is a washing machine available.

The Kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee pot, filter coffee machine and all you need to cook. There is also a washing machine.
There is a dedicated workspace with desk and drawers.
The size of the bed is 140x200 with a comfortable spring mattress. There is a lot of storage space available in the entrance, the living room, and the bed area.
